What an intense last 24 hours! [CaRn] sent the opening shot over [DeCept]'s bow, and unfourtunatly payed dearly for it. As of 559 they have vanished from the top 4 Alliances on the Ranking screen. [DeCept] then repayed the favour and attacked [CaRn]'s hq planet and had another bloody battle. [MM] sensing an easy kill moved in to hit [DeCept]'s HQ planet hard, [DeCept] have payed dearly from the last 24 hours, but not as bad as [CaRn], who've gone from the top ranked alliance list. Now [DoM] are the 4th largest alliance, and as [TFD], have not made it clear which way they are going to go. [DeCept] with a few non-alliance members attempted a battle against [MM]. It has prooved to be a very fierce battle, with significant casualties from both sides, however, [MM]'s lead has been slashed, placing [TFD] at 2nd only 240k points behind. The battle for [MM]'s supremacy has begun. What are [CaRn] going to do about today's defeat? Can [DeCept] withstand more beatings that [MM] are sure to dish out? What are [TFD] and [DoM] going to do? What are YOU going to do?! If you havent signed up already, go and sign up and join the fight!.... |

Well, it's been an interesting last few hours in the TC Galaxy. [CaRn] inexplicably launched an offensive on the [DeCept] HQ planet, which prompted the largest battle of the round to date. So large in fact that the news report was truncated and didnt finish!!! Hawkie stepped in and applied a fix to resolve this before the next tick. So, now [CaRn] and [DeCept] are at war, with [DeCept] looking decidedly better from the first round of battles. What is confusing about this move on [CaRn]'s part is why would they start attacking [DeCept] when the big 10,000lb gorilla in the room is [MM]? There are theories flying around that [MM] and [CaRn] are one and the same, or allied together. When will [TFD] step into the fight? And which side will they choose? Only time will tell.... |
